- Do you provide nursery services?
Yes, a nursery is provided for all our services. When you enter the foyer, the nursery is located down the hallway on the right. The nursery is the first door on the left.
- Which Bible should I bring?
All preaching and Scripture reading is done out of the King James Bible. If you do not have a Bible please feel free to ask one of the ushers and they will be glad to give you one.
- Do you have Sunday School classes for kids and youth?
Yes, Lighthouse offers many different classes for kids of all ages. The kids meet with their parents in the main auditorium and then are dismissed to their classes by the song leader after a few songs.
- Which entrance do I use?
The main entrance for the building is located in the back of the building. Handicap parking is also available in the back of the building.
- Do you make visitors stand up?
No, we do not make visitors stand up and tell us who they are. Before the offering the pastor will ask if there are any first time visitors, upon raising your hand, an usher will hand you a visitors packet for you to keep. In the packet will be a card for you to fill out and place in the offering plate so we can keep a record of your visit.
- Do I have to put money in the offering plate?
No, the offering is for the members of Lighthouse Baptist Church and not visitors. If this is your first time at LBC, you will receive a visitors card, we ask that you fill out that card and place it in the offering plate as it is passed around.
- What are your worship services like?
Our services are “traditional Baptist” in style with scripture readings, hymns, organ and piano, special music, choir (Sunday Morning), and a powerful message from God's Word.
- What should I wear?
When you attend one of our church services, we are happy that you came, regardless of how "dressed up" you are. Most people dress in "traditional-church-going-wear". If they do "dress up", it is simply out of respect, and not because of a "church dress code". Our main goal is that you feel welcome on your visit with us.
